“We had the need for an electrician for some time because our regular electrician had injured himself.  I went on Yelp and asked a few for quotes. GEN3 responded quickly and offered to come out as soon as the next day.  We had two jobs to perform.  Our builder had not wired a light switch for the backdoor.  I had an estimate for wiring a second two-way switch for over $900.  GEN3 came and James suggested we use a new Lutron Caseta Wireless dimmer which did not require any pulling of wires.  He installed the switch about 30 minutes and it is exactly what we needed without any holes in the drywall or running wires etc. I had never heard of the product so it was a welcome idea and it saves us over 600 dollars! James was early and called before he came and asked if it was alright if he could come earlier.

Today, John came to install LED under cabinet lighting.  It is low voltage but totally changes how the kitchen looks.  John did an awesome job; neat and careful, cleaned up afterwards.  The results are better than I could have imagined.  John called before he arrived and was spot on time.  

GEN3 is really responsive and so far their electricians (James and John) have been great.  We are going to have them install a new light on our deck and an outlet in the spring,  that the builder never installed. I recommend GEN3 highly.”
