“We are super happy that we called Generation 3 Electric on the recommendation of a couple friends. We wanted to have an outdoor outlet installed on our patio.  I submitted an online request for an appointment and got a call right away from the friendly scheduler Liz. We wanted to get it done in time for the weekend, and they were able to send someone the very next day.  
Keith M. was right on time at the start of the window the company gave me and called me in advance to let me know he was on the way. He was very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the electrical system in our house.  I showed him where we wanted to put the outlet and he reviewed everything and discussed different options for installation.  He was able to quickly problem solve our lack of interior wiring on the extension so that we didn't have to cut into any walls or floors. On a really cool ipad he was able to draw up and email me the affordable estimate.   He also gave me an estimate for updating our electrical panel and other outside wiring to something safer and more modern.  He let us know things to keep in mind when using the electricity in the house, some safety concerns about making sure things are grounded properly when we use appliances outside and showed me how to calculate the amps that appliances use so we don't overload a circuit.  He was able to get to work right away and finished the installation quickly and efficiently. He did it so neatly we are super thrilled with it.  We will definitely be calling generation 3 for any electrical work we need in the future.”

“Today was my first experience with Gen 3. My electrician was Gordon. Gordon called before arriving at my house, and he arrived on time. He was friendly, respectful, completely professional. I had three repair jobs. He explained what would be necessary to complete each job, and gave me a cost breakdown before beginning the work. He completed the work within a reasonable amount of time. Bill earned a degree in Electrical Engineering and Architecture, then founded Generation 3 Electric in 2000. His father, an electrician, was his inspiration. These days, Bill actively manages his company and enjoys focusing on new technology and marketing.
