New Year, New Hours, New eChecks

     

GEN3 is starting out 2017 with new extended office hours. Our office is now staffed Monday through Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday & Sunday 9 AM to 5 PM.

We realize many of our customers work during the day and it can be difficult to make a call while at your job. We want to make sure we’re available to talk when you’re free. We also want to take this opportunity to introduce you to our newest staff members Shawn and Heather. Extending our office hours wouldn’t be possible without them! There’s a good chance you’ll have the pleasure of speaking with them next time you give GEN3 a call. We hope to see them sharing our blog soon too!

GEN3 also recently added the ability to make payments online via eCheck (electronic check). For those who prefer to pay with a check rather than a credit card but prefer the convenience of paying online, eCheck is exactly what it sounds like: you enter your checking account information on our payment processor’s website and they process the payment electronically.
