What is kumo cloud?

Put simply, the kumo cloud mobile app and web service puts enhanced control of your home’s cooling and heating right at your fingertips. Control your home’s comfort levels no matter where you are in the world, just by pushing a button!

New Features:

  1. Greater Compatibility: if you have a Mitsubishi Electric home comfort system and it wasn’t compatible with kumo cloud in the past, chances are it is now! New systems include M-Series, P-Series and CITY MULTI VRF systems.
  2. Easier Setup: new setup features make it easier on you! Intuitive initial settings for M-Series and P-Series have been simplified and Bluetooth communication is now available.
  3. Ownership Transfer: need to transfer ownership of your kumo cloud after the system has been set up? It’s not easier than ever!
  4. Greater Wireless Router Compatibility: we know how frustrating some wireless connections can be, but kumo cloud is now compatible with most wireless routers and does not require a WPS router. This makes it easier to integrate existing wireless networks. And if you’re switching to a new router, no problem.
  5. Simplified Programming: have an event coming up? Need to program a specific schedule? Program them directly into the wireless interface rather than storing them on the cloud.
  6. More Secure: worried about unauthorized access? Don’t be. Secure boot prevents these types of actions on the wireless interface.
