Reversed polarity is when the hot and neutral connections at a receptacle are wired backwards. The wiring in your home is color coded. The black wire is "hot" or electrically charged. Marra's Restaurant in South Philly served up the food and drinks while Debbie Lutz (Owner and managing Directorof Gen3)and Luke Short(Operations Manager) presented various Oggi Awards.
The "High Five " Award for the most 5 star reviews went to Gordon Coleman. The "Thanks a Million" Award for over a million dollars in sales went to Mike Janiszewski. The "Rookie of the Year" Award went to Cyndy Jackson.

Generation 3 Electric's owner, Debbie Lutz, got a call from our answering service on a Sunday with no electricians scheduled. The call was a previous customer's difficult predicament. Their tenant, a quadriplegic, complained of the breakers constantly tripping. The Landlord is expecting that new lines will need to be run to alleviate chronic overload condition. The entire second floor was out as well as the blower motor to the furnace. Debbie reached out to several Generation 3 Electric's technicians to come in on their day off for this emergency situation.
