Generation 3 Electric requires all of our electricians and assistants to complete a 10 Hour OSHA Training course. OSHA stands for Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Their mission is to assure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.
OSHA is part of the United States Department of Labor. The administrator for OSHA is the Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health. OSHA's administrator answers to the Secretary of Labor, who is a member of the cabinet of the President of the United States.
Generation 3 Electric complies with OSHA laws and regulations to ensure the safety of our employees. Educating our employees is very important. Our electricians receive ongoing electrical training and Mitsubishi Split system training, but their OSHA Certification is just as important.
