“I’ve used Gen3 several times in the past for previous properties, and have always had excellent experiences with both customer service and the work completed. Yesterday, Brian Smith (and his assistant in training, Roger) came out to my new condo to do my punch list: install a new chandelier, replace a bathroom GFI, replace the laundry room light, replace 2 outlets, and replace 6 fluorescent tube lights in the kitchen. The day of the appointment, I received a phone call from Brian saying they were on their way and also a text message with Brian’s picture and bio. Both Brian and Roger were super friendly and polite, and completed the work quickly. Thank you Gen3 :)”

“Highly recommend this company. Especially Kevin and his team!  I recently had Gen3, specifically Kevin and his team replace some old knob and tube wiring , upgrade my electrical panel and install leds and new lighting systems, outlets etc in my recently purchased condo. Kevin was not only on time but 10 minutes early every day – his team was respectful of my space, personable, And incredibly professional and always left it looking as it did before they got there, Except for the better lighting of course!  they left no messes cleaned up after themselves and even let my crazy dogs run around and jump all over them. Could not have asked for a better experienced and competent electrician – who provided quality work. So happy that we chose Gen3 highly recommend them , especially Kevin. They even sent out a text message which allows you to track them as they’re on their way to your place – as opposed to the usual 2 to 3 hour window most companies give you. Gen3 is the Bloomingdale’s/Saks/Neiman Marcus of their business especially in regards to customer service and quality, everyone other company is like K.Mart.”

“I called to get a ceiling fan installed on a high ceiling and a chandelier installed.  The first appointment was rescheduled due to them being inundated with emergency calls during a heat wave (it was 100 degrees). I understood and got another appointment.

I got a text with my technicians name and photograph and he also called me to say he was on his way.  He was super nice and polite and gave me the estimate. It was a little bit more than I thought it was going to be, but I agreed to the work.

Evan did excellent work quickly.  He also installed a dimmer switch and a 3 speed switch for the ceiling fan.  

I would totally recommend using Generation 3 for all your electrical needs.  I know I will be using them again in the future.”
